3D Graphic Designer
About the Role
You will produce high-fidelity 3D visuals including environments, characters, and motion loops for use across social media, websites, presentations, events, and product campaigns. You will model, texture, light, animate, and render assets; translate briefs into polished outputs with minimal revisions; and integrate feedback from stakeholders. You will collaborate with motion designers, video editors, and graphic designers to combine 3D assets with motion and video. You will maintain organized naming, versioning, and an asset library, document workflows for scalability, and experiment with plugins and AI tools to improve pipeline efficiency. You will stay current on 3D trends in Web3, gaming, and tech and share moodboards and references during concept phases.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional 3D design experience
- Portfolio links required
- Strong command of modeling, lighting, rendering, texturing, and animation
- Proficiency in Blender and/or Cinema 4D
- Bonus experience with Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, or Marvelous Designer
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects
- Sharp eye for detail, composition, and color
- Understanding of Web3, gaming, or cyberpunk aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tight timelines
- Bonus experience designing for short-form video and reels
