Account Director, Financial Institutions (EMEA)

About the Role

You will own the full sales cycle for Financial Institutions across EMEA. You will connect with stakeholders, implement blockchain intelligence into customer workflows, run demos and trials, and execute territory plans to drive new business, renewals, upsells, and expansions. You will gather and prioritize customer feedback and shape customer-focused solutions to meet regulatory and operational needs.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience selling SaaS products or 4 years with expert domain and consulting background
  • Experience with virtual currencies applications and their use in financial networks
  • Strong knowledge of crypto native organizations and EMEA procurement processes
  • Familiarity with European AML regulatory framework including 5AMLD MiCA and FATF guidelines
  • Strong customer facing presentation and listening skills with executive credibility
  • Ability to manage a high volume of fast developing accounts
  • Autonomous operation and strong communication skills
  • Collaborative cross functional work across diverse cultures and organizational levels

Responsibilities

  • Connect with key stakeholders across the EMEA territory and identify customer needs
  • Spearhead implementation of blockchain intelligence into customer workflows
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle with new and existing customers
  • Nurture client relationships and manage renewals upsells cross-sells and expansions
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue and churn targets
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and strategic sales initiatives
  • Deliver demonstrations trials advisory sessions and innovation workshops
  • Gather prioritize and champion customer feedback internally
  • Develop and maintain a roster of customer champions and referral sources
  • Operate a large volume of accounts and rapidly qualify opportunities
