Account Director - HSI

About the Role

You will own the full sales lifecycle for Homeland Security Investigations and NYPD accounts. You will map accounts and stakeholders, prospect and discover new opportunities, nurture and expand client relationships, and execute strategic account plans. You will present product demonstrations, translate customer needs into compelling value propositions, qualify opportunities quickly, and close large SaaS contracts. You will develop sales campaigns, maintain a predictable pipeline, and champion customer feedback to influence product and process decisions. You will coordinate across time zones and with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights and solutions during fast-moving investigations and operational needs.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience selling SaaS products into Federal Law Enforcement agencies
  • Strong knowledge of Homeland Security Investigations and other law enforcement accounts and workflows
  • Experience with government contracting and government partners
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with senior HSI and NYPD executives
  • Strong presentation, listening, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to own complex processes and close six and seven figure deals
  • Adaptable, autonomous, collaborative, and an excellent communicator
  • Knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency ecosystem

  • Update and evaluate strategic sales plans for Tier 1 customers
