Account Director - Public Sector
About the Role
You will build and nurture trusted relationships with ministries, central banks, regulators, and law enforcement agencies. You will integrate blockchain intelligence into customer workflows, often for the first time, and own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. You will create and execute a strategic territory plan to meet revenue, growth, and retention goals, deliver product demos and advisory workshops, produce Arabic and English customer-facing materials, run innovation workshops, and act as the customer advocate internally by gathering and prioritizing feedback to influence product direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience ideally within public sector government or regulatory environments in the Middle East
- Understanding of government workflows and public procurement processes
- Proven consultative selling experience engaging senior government and policy stakeholders
- Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering frameworks
- Familiarity with Counter Terrorist Financing frameworks
- Familiarity with sanctions frameworks
- Storytelling and influence to articulate complex value propositions
- Relationship building and account farming experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Autonomous and accountable work style
- Collaborative experience working with product policy engineering and customer success
- Technical aptitude with blockchain virtual currencies or financial intelligence tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with ministries central banks regulators and law enforcement agencies
- Integrate blockchain intelligence solutions into customer workflows
- Own plan execute and quarterback relationship activities including feedback loops renewals expansions and upsells
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan to deliver on revenue growth and retention goals
- Deliver discovery demos advisory sessions and innovation workshops
- Act as the customer advocate and gather prioritize feedback to influence product roadmap
- Build a portfolio of satisfied customers who champion TRM
- Produce Arabic and English customer facing one pagers or workshop briefs within five business days
- Run at least one innovation workshop per month
- Secure eight or more discovery meetings across at least five distinct ministries or agencies in thirty days
