Account Director - State and Local Law Enforcement
About the Role
You will own the full sales lifecycle for State and Local Law Enforcement customers. You will map accounts, discover and engage new stakeholders, run demonstrations and trials, create and execute strategic account plans, nurture relationships to drive renewals and upsells, and close large enterprise SaaS deals. You will develop sales campaigns, build qualified pipeline, gather and prioritize customer feedback, and represent customer needs internally to influence product and process.
Requirements
- 8+ years selling SaaS into State and Local Law Enforcement agencies
- Strong knowledge of State and Local Law Enforcement workflows
- Experience with government contracting and public sector partners
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior law enforcement executives
- Strong presentation and listening skills
- Ability to craft and convey compelling value propositions
- Comfort navigating complex procurement and decision processes
- Autonomous, adaptable, collaborative, and strong communicator
- Knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency ecosystem
