Account Executive
About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management. You will engage prospects, diagnose infrastructure needs, explain how the platform addresses those needs, and educate customers on blockchain nodes and troubleshooting. You will manage a healthy pipeline, maintain CRM records and forecasts, provide actionable product feedback to engineering and product teams, collaborate with support and professional services, and ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsells.
Requirements
- 7+ years quota-carrying experience as a client-facing Account Executive
- Proven track record selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprise accounts and C-level stakeholders
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale technology deals
- Technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Knowledge and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry
- Proficiency with CRM software, forecasting and opportunity management
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities and execute with autonomy
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving technology adoption and creating account strategies
- Preferred: experience as a sales leader managing sellers
- Preferred: advanced CRM configuration, dashboard and report development
- Preferred: cross-functional selling with architects, sales engineers and partners
- Preferred: ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers
