Account Executive

About the Role

You will own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management. You will engage prospects, diagnose infrastructure needs, explain how the platform addresses those needs, and educate customers on blockchain nodes and troubleshooting. You will manage a healthy pipeline, maintain CRM records and forecasts, provide actionable product feedback to engineering and product teams, collaborate with support and professional services, and ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsells.

Requirements

  • 7+ years quota-carrying experience as a client-facing Account Executive
  • Proven track record selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprise accounts and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale technology deals
  • Technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Knowledge and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry
  • Proficiency with CRM software, forecasting and opportunity management
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities and execute with autonomy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving technology adoption and creating account strategies
  • Preferred: experience as a sales leader managing sellers
  • Preferred: advanced CRM configuration, dashboard and report development
  • Preferred: cross-functional selling with architects, sales engineers and partners
  • Preferred: ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers
