Account Executive, Banking and TradFi

About the Role

You will focus on small to medium enterprise accounts across Crypto Native, Web3, and TradFi sectors. You will prospect, perform territory and account planning, and build strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive revenue. You will work closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team to qualify leads and expand market footprint. You will keep CRM records accurate and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in software or institutional sales
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts
  • Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is advantageous
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude with strong drive to prospect and close deals
  • Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate account and pipeline information
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to develop and expand market footprint
