Account Executive
About the Role
You'll spearhead and own end-to-end prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers. You will identify customer needs and tailor Meld's solutions to address them. You'll run consultative sales calls, manage pipelines across channels, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and help hire and onboard future sales team members. You will own a quota and drive revenue performance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience or demonstrated interest in crypto payments or stablecoins
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with technical buyers
- Comfortable with ambiguity and context switching in a startup environment
- Experience selling to product or engineering teams
- Data driven attitude to track analyze and communicate key metrics
- Technical acumen to understand product value
- Exceptional written negotiation and verbal communication skills
