Account Executive
About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end sales process for validator and key management offerings, from lead qualification to deal execution. You will build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, articulate technical value to business and technical stakeholders, engage decision-makers to advance opportunities, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align client needs and ensure smooth onboarding, and meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience managing proposals, contracts, and pricing discussions
- Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and structured sales methodologies
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort learning and discussing technical solutions including validator infrastructure, APIs, and key management
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business opportunities for validator nodes, super validator nodes, and key management solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across financial services, digital assets, and technology sectors
- Articulate the value of validator operations, security, and key management to business and technical stakeholders
- Engage with key decision-makers and technology leaders to advance opportunities through the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align client needs and ensure smooth onboarding
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
