Account Executive - Solana GTM

About the Role

You will act as the front-line seller for Solana ecosystem accounts, building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem players. You will attend hackathons and industry events, run multi-threaded deal cycles with founders and engineering leads, and leverage your network to shorten sales cycles. You will partner with product and engineering to prioritize roadmap items, run tight product feedback loops, and coordinate co-marketing, case studies, and success stories with marketing.

Requirements

  • Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem with the ability to activate them
  • 5–8+ years in B2B sales or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in developer tooling or infrastructure
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets and build playbooks
  • Genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and expansion within the Solana developer ecosystem
  • Leverage existing Solana network to open doors and shorten sales cycles
  • Collaborate with Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions
  • Represent the company at Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally
  • Run a product feedback loop with Solana engineering to inform performance and feature priorities
  • Work with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories
  • Identify strategic accounts and shape the Solana GTM engine
