Account Executive - Web3 Security Solutions
About the Role
You will identify and engage Web3 projects, protocols, and organizations that need proactive security solutions. You will articulate product value, run discovery calls and product demonstrations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts. You will collaborate with technical teams for onboarding and adoption, meet sales targets, provide market feedback, and represent at industry events.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in Web3 security or related security services
- Deep understanding of smart contract development, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure
- Technical credibility to engage with developers and security teams
- Consultative selling experience
- Established network within the Web3 security or blockchain development community
- Experience with developer-focused products or DevSecOps tools
- Understanding of continuous security practices and shift-left security approaches
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage Web3 projects, protocols, and organizations that require proactive security solutions
- Articulate the value proposition of AuditAgent and AgentArena as complements to traditional security audits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CTOs, security leads, and development teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close including discovery calls, demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and product adoption
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Represent the product at industry conferences, meetups, and community events
