Account Manager
About the Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their onboarding, token generation events (TGEs), DeFi strategies, and integrations run smoothly. You will bridge business development, quantitative strategy, and engineering to ensure partners' liquidity strategies operate flawlessly day-to-day. You will troubleshoot operational and technical issues, communicate clearly with internal quants and engineers and external stakeholders, and maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting scaling and operationalization of liquidity management solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success in financial services)
- Solid understanding of DeFi concepts including AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, MEV, LVR, and impermanent loss
- Hands-on experience with financial services, preferably market making or related fields
- Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate with quants, engineers, and external stakeholders
- Frequent user of DeFi protocols and up to date on ecosystem trends (Web3 native)
- Excellent communication and organization skills and a proactive ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets
- Preferred: experience working in a DeFi protocol or infrastructure project
- Preferred: familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, or Python for scripting and debugging
- Preferred: background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics
