Account Manager (Institutional Crypto)
About the Role
You will deliver high-touch, white-glove support to institutional clients. You will work closely with Account Executives to win new business and increase sales. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, record detailed notes in CRM, answer client questions via designated channels, and communicate new feature launches. You will build dashboards, watchlists and news feeds for clients, aggregate product feedback for the product team, prospect for upsells to existing clients, and drive net revenue retention.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or relevant account management experience
- Experience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is a must
- Experience interacting with institutional investors is strongly preferred
- An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SQL and Python experience is a plus
- CRM and client prospecting experience
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with assigned institutional clients

- Provide support for customers in the pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Maintain CRM including recording detailed notes from meetings with clients
- Answer client questions via their designated support channel

- Prospect and network for upsells to existing clients
