Account Manager

About the Role

You will own the customer lifecycle after sale, guide companies through onboarding, and drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion. You will collaborate with operations, compliance, sales, and product managers to tailor solutions, define business requirements, and create user stories. You will analyze product performance using analytics tools, design and implement onboarding workflows, provide data-driven insights, and report findings to stakeholders to improve the onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics Economics or a related field
  • 2-6+ years of experience in customer success or a similar B2B role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with product analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Experience in the financial services or credit card industry (desirable)
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data query tools (desirable)
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding best practices in a tech-driven environment (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer lifecycle post-sales through onboarding into adoption renewal and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
  • Drive revenue by identifying use-case expansion upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead renewals and commercials end-to-end
  • Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify onboarding improvements
  • Support the design and implementation of onboarding workflows for new business customers
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance the user experience and product adoption
  • Define business requirements with product managers and create user stories
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure onboarding success and report key findings
