Activation & Retention Executive (Part Time Hours)

About the Role

You will implement CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, push and in-app messaging. You will build, schedule and deploy campaigns within CRM and marketing automation tools, manage list management, basic segmentation and QA checks, and monitor live campaigns for issues. You will pull data and support campaign reporting, handle ad-hoc CRM and marketing requests, maintain organised campaign documentation, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities while keeping attention to detail. You will stay informed on crypto, fintech and CRM best practices to support campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–2 years experience in CRM email marketing or marketing operations
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable executing repetitive or operational tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple ad-hoc requests and shifting priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how CRM impacts user experience
  • Interest in crypto Web3 or fintech
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a wider team
  • Available to work on a part-time basis up to 25 hours per week across five days per week
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Braze HubSpot Salesforce or Iterable (desirable)
  • Basic experience with data analysis reporting or campaign performance tracking (desirable)
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or remote-first environments (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email push notifications and in-app messaging
  • Build schedule and deploy campaigns within CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Support customer activation and retention initiatives through accurate and timely campaign implementation
  • Manage day-to-day CRM operational tasks including list management basic segmentation and QA checks
  • Handle ad-hoc CRM and marketing requests ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time
  • Monitor live campaigns and flag performance issues errors or anomalies
  • Assist with campaign reporting by pulling data and supporting performance reports
  • Work closely with Marketing Product Data and Support teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and correctly implemented
  • Maintain organised documentation for campaigns processes and learnings
  • Stay informed on crypto fintech and CRM best practices to support campaign execution
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced requests while maintaining attention to detail
