Affiliate and Creator Manager – iGaming
About the Role
You will build, manage, and scale the iGaming affiliate program across streaming platforms. You will onboard and activate top creators, structure deals and rev-share agreements, and serve as the day-to-day contact for affiliates. You will track conversion, ROI, and lifetime value, optimize funnels and creative assets, and coordinate campaigns with marketing, product, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming
- Established network in Twitch and Kick iGaming communities
- Experience with rev-share, CPA, and hybrid deal models
- Analytical skills to measure ROI and optimize campaigns
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple deals and priorities
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the iGaming affiliate program
- Design performance-driven campaigns to maximize sign-ups, first-time deposits, and retention
- Onboard and activate top creators and streamers
- Structure deals, rev-share agreements, and promotional mechanics
- Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships and support affiliates with tools and assets
- Negotiate contracts, manage reporting, and monitor deliverables
- Track KPIs including conversion, ROI, and lifetime value
- Optimize funnels, referral incentives, and creative assets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, social, and community teams on campaigns and activations
