Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will build and scale the affiliate acquisition engine and own affiliate partnerships end-to-end. You will recruit and onboard creators, publishers, and networks, optimize partner performance using CPA, FTD, and LTV metrics, design commission and payout structures, ensure compliance, and produce weekly performance reports.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing affiliate programs for sportsbooks, media platforms, or consumer finance apps
  • Proven track record driving first-time depositors (FTDs) at scale
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact and CJ
  • Deep understanding of CPA, rev-share, hybrid deals, and attribution models
  • Experience recruiting creators, media publishers, and performance affiliates
  • Knowledge of sports affiliate marketing
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven with experience in dashboards, analytics, and cohort tracking
  • Deep interest in sports, financial markets, politics, and pop culture with ability to spot trends
  • Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch
  • Familiarity with prediction markets, trading platforms, or fintech products
  • Existing network of sports affiliates and creator partners

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage partner integrations for US and international affiliate programs
  • Recruit, negotiate with, and onboard affiliate partners, creators, publishers, and media networks
  • Optimize partner performance based on CPA, FTDs, LTV, and ROI
  • Design commission structures, payout terms, and performance incentives
  • Collaborate with Growth, Creator Partnerships, and Paid Media teams to align campaigns
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities across major publishers
  • Produce weekly performance reporting and insights for leadership
