AI Developer (LLM and Python)
About the Role
You will design, train, and deploy autonomous multi-agent LLM systems that dynamically select and execute Python-based functions. You will develop frameworks for task assignment and agent coordination, implement error handling and retry strategies, and deploy and manage the system on AWS. You will define function interfaces and build APIs or connectors, optimize model performance for function execution, and produce clear documentation of designs workflows and agent behaviors to support cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience working with LLMs with a focus on function driven multi agent systems
- Expertise in Python and custom function execution within LLM frameworks
- Experience in prompt engineering model fine tuning and dynamic function mapping
- Experience deploying and managing models on AWS including Lambda SageMaker and EC2
- Familiarity with blockchain principles and web3 technologies is a plus
- Experience developing autonomous adaptable agents that select and perform tasks based on contextual cues
- Strong documentation and communication skills for cross functional alignment
Responsibilities
- Design implement and deploy AI agents that autonomously learn to select and execute custom Python functions
- Train agents to recognize contextual prompts and determine the necessary function to perform tasks optimizing for accuracy and efficiency
- Develop frameworks for dynamic task assignment enabling agent coordination and collaboration on complex workflows
- Deploy and manage multi-agent systems within AWS (Lambda SageMaker EC2) ensuring scalability and resilience
- Define function requirements and develop APIs or connectors for seamless task execution
- Implement strategies to improve model performance in function execution including error handling and retry mechanisms
- Document designs workflows and function specific agent behaviors to support team collaboration and transparency
