AI Enablement Program Lead
About the Role
You will design and deliver persona-based trainings, workshops, and onboarding paths that help teams adopt internal AI tools. You will codify high‑ROI AI workflows into playbooks, templates, and runbooks, and maintain a self‑serve enablement hub with concise how‑to guides and short videos. You will manage vendor relationships and light platform administration (permissions, provisioning, guardrails), run intake and proof‑of‑value sprints to validate use cases, lead change‑management campaigns and champions programs, define and track adoption and outcome metrics, and translate usage data into clear recommendations for leaders.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in enablement, L&D, customer education, or program management
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Glean, n8n, Cursor, ChatGPT, Zapier
- Enablement pedagogy and curriculum design skills
- Program-level ownership with roadmap and prioritization experience
- Analytics fluency, including SQL and Google Sheets for usage analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience running multi-touch change-management campaigns
- High ownership and ability to operate with minimal oversight
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, GTM, Operations, and IT/Security
- Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS enablement or instructional design
- Bonus: experience building champions networks and structured pilots
