AI Lead
About the Role
You will lead rapid experimentation with AI agents and frameworks, build foundational agent tooling and demo agents, and integrate best-in-class AI technology into internal systems to make workflows more AI native. You will design and ship agent-building tools that other builders use, prototype demos that showcase agent capabilities, and run fast-cycle experiments to validate ideas. You will architect AI solutions that consider the broader ecosystem, create partnerships with external AI builders and researchers, and influence teams to adopt AI-driven workflows and tooling.
Requirements
- Strong experience with LLMs and agent architectures
- Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face
- Experience building in Web3 and familiarity with crypto frameworks (RIG, Eliza, Virtuals) preferred
- Proven ability to design, test, and iterate AI-powered features via rapid experimentation
- Ability to architect systems thinking driven AI solutions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills for remote teams
