Algorithmic Trader
About the Role
You will improve existing strategies, add new trading products, and develop trading algorithms. You will analyze large volumes of trading and transaction data to generate insights, prioritize them, and build solutions. You will take ownership of a trading desk and directly impact P&L. You will code in Python, deploy and improve trading systems, and collaborate with traders and developers. Expect an initial training period and be prepared to work non-standard hours.
Requirements
- 1-3 years coding experience in Python
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong willingness to learn algorithmic, high-frequency and liquidity provision trading
- Owner mentality focused on P&L and long-term growth
- Problem solving orientation and product focus
- Determined, ambitious and humble
- Eligibility to work in the United States without a visa
