About the Role
You will work across product, consulting, sales and marketing initiatives to help define and deliver Web3 products and enterprise solutions. You will conduct market research, define roadmaps, lead projects from proposal to delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive growth and adoption of blockchain-enabled services.
Requirements
- Experience in product management or product-led growth
- Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or product teams
- Experience in consulting or enterprise solution delivery
- Experience in sales or business development for enterprise clients
- Familiarity with marketing tools and practices including SEO and CRM
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to discover customer needs
- Define product roadmap and prioritize requirements
- Design requirements and KPIs based on product vision
- Improve UX and product usability
- Coordinate development tasks and communicate priorities to engineers
- Analyze KPI data and formulate growth hypotheses
- Manage multiple products and implement cross-product standardization and branding
- Lead consulting engagements from proposal to delivery
- Act as project lead and drive delivery with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and present proposals and strategic plans to client executives
- Perform solution sales activities including outreach, upsell and cross-sell
- Manage marketing initiatives including website direction, SEO and online/offline campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Operate and configure marketing and sales tools such as SFA/CRM/MA
