Analytics Manager - Blockchain & Web3
About the Role
You will build and maintain robust data pipelines and engineering systems that power both ad-hoc analyses and production dashboards. You will develop and deploy statistical models and data science solutions, create self-serve analytics tools and datasets, and design experiments to measure product and marketing initiatives. You will build performant data models in the warehouse, partner with product and marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities, and own the full lifecycle of data products from exploration to production deployment.
Requirements
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Proven ability to design and manage ETL pipelines and database architectures
- Advanced SQL skills
- High proficiency in Python for data analysis and engineering
- Understanding of data modeling principles (Kimball, Data Vault, or similar)
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong statistical analysis skills using Python data science stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with blockchain data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Understanding of EVM concepts, transactions, events, and smart contracts
- Ability to work with on-chain data to derive actionable insights
