APAC Lead
About the Role
You will lead APAC strategy and build high-value relationships with developers, exchanges, VCs, miners, and founders. You will represent the product at events and meetings, plan and run developer activations and meetups, drive adoption through partnerships and community engagement, and advise leadership on local market dynamics.
Requirements
- Experience taking a token project to market or working at a leading exchange
- Deep network across Asia connected to builders VCs miners and founders
- Fluency in English and Korean or Chinese
- Strong understanding of Asian crypto market dynamics
- Proven ability to organize high-impact events and activations
- Charismatic communicator for small relationship-driven meetings and larger stages
- Highly organized strategic and thoughtful about prioritization and execution
- Nice to have Experience leading APAC-focused marketing or ecosystem growth at a crypto-native project
- Nice to have Previous success building a brand or network from 0→1 in new markets
- Nice to have Dual fluency in Korean and Chinese
