Associate, Ecosystem Growth & BD
About the Role
You will conceptualize, implement, and manage growth initiatives for early- to mid-stage builders across DeFi, gaming, NFTs, and other verticals. You will use creativity and data-driven evidence to prioritize strategies and measure impact. You will manage and improve internal and external systems and processes, collaborate with Business Development, Developer Relations, Marketing, and Operations to execute initiatives, and engage counterparties including builders, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure providers. You will run programs such as grants and hackathons to attract and support builders, research new DeFi protocols and Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, and help drive more utility for the token. You will communicate clearly across stakeholders and maintain multiple ongoing relationships.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in ecosystem growth or business development at a Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain or similar (for example portfolio support at a venture firm)
- Experience onboarding and growing projects from the ground up
- Bias toward action and strong execution skills
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail oriented, and team focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and relationships
- Experience in developing trading systems or financial products is a plus
Responsibilities
