Associate Group Reporting

About the Role

You will assist in the monthly and annual group reporting process, prepare consolidation schedules and working papers, and collect, review, and validate financial data from subsidiaries. You will perform variance analysis, prepare deliverables for audits, support ad hoc reconciliations and analytical reviews, maintain reporting templates and data mappings, and contribute to process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting audit or financial reporting
  • Understanding of accounting principles and consolidation concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to financial consolidation or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus
  • Detail oriented and organized with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills and collaborative approach
