Associate GTM Operations Engineer
About the Role
You will work at the intersection of Applied AI, automation engineering, support operations, and commercial strategy. You will diagnose issues, optimize processes, build and deploy automations, own support workflows, run ad-hoc data analysis, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve customer and internal user experiences.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes
- Experience in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working with data including SQL, dashboards, and analysis
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong bias toward learning new systems
- Experience using or integrating AI tools such as LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, or automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N, RelevanceAI) (bonus)
- Experience building support workflows or automations in DevRev, Intercom, Zendesk, Glean, or similar (bonus)
- Previous exposure to GTM, RevOps, support operations, or startup environments (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Architect, optimize, and execute commercial processes, tools, and data workflows
- Diagnose issues and resolve root causes in automations and support systems
- Build, deploy, and maintain automations to scale support and GTM workflows
- Own the customer support function and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and experience
- Design and deploy automation initiatives that advance GTM strategy
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to inform GTM and onboarding
