Associate Operations
About the Role
You will play a key role in operations by operationalizing technical functionality across products, including token trade operations and reconciliation. You will perform selected operational functions for investment products, create and maintain operational workflows and procedures, and support Trading, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Legal, Product, Compliance, and Finance. You will liaise daily with service providers, banking partners, LPs and APs, develop a comprehensive understanding of operational frameworks and processes, and implement, perform and document internal controls.
Requirements
- Passion and experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- 4+ years of investment management operations experience at a financial services company working with traditional asset management structures such as ETFs, hedge funds, closed end funds, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to break problems down to develop comprehensive solutions
- Advanced Excel and automation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork
- Experience related to SOX 404 internal control compliance (preferred)
- Experience with Order and Execution Management Systems (OEMS)
- Series 7 preferred or expected to obtain within 3 months
