Associate Strategic Finance
About the Role
You will support the Vice President, Strategic Finance in driving long-term financial health and strategic growth. You will lead financial modeling and analysis to inform senior decision making, conduct market research and assist capital raising activities, and provide analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring. You will track and optimize subsidiary investments and the capital stack, manage large strategic initiatives to completion, and prepare strategic recommendations for investment and financing committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Deep understanding of corporate finance principles
- Experience with capital markets or investment banking transactions
- Familiarity with treasury management, corporate structuring, or M&A transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively
