Backend Agent Engineer
About the Role
You will build domain‑specialized AI agents using ain-adk to solve user requirements. You will design and implement core features of a TypeScript SDK that supports MCP and A2A multi‑protocols. You will set up monitoring, logging, and error handling to guarantee stable operations. You will design and operate databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB, maintain code quality through clean code practices and code reviews, and work with Git and CI/CD pipelines to deliver and improve a product over time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend development experience or equivalent
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript server development
- Experience designing and operating RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB
- Understanding of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
- At least one year of continuous product improvement experience
- Experience communicating with diverse roles to successfully deploy projects
- Ability to learn technology trends and apply critical selection of tools
