Backend Engineer - API Platform
About the Role
You will build and maintain backend APIs for the API Platform, working primarily in Node.js (preferably TypeScript). You will design and query PostgreSQL databases, implement and operate services in a CI/CD pipeline, and develop microservices such as Price, Token, Account, and NFT APIs. You will write clear technical documentation, work remotely in a distributed agile environment, and collaborate on deployments and observability using cloud and DevOps tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer working on production applications
- Experience with Node.js back-end development (preferably Typescript)
- Experience with, or understanding of, PostgreSQL
- Experience working on agile projects in an Agile environment
- Experience working in CI/CD setup
- Experience working in a distributed, remote team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Writing good technical documentation
