Banking and Capital Markets Marketing Director

About the Role

You will define and execute go-to-market and solution marketing strategies focused on Banking and Capital Markets use cases. You will craft positioning and messaging that translate technical concepts into clear business value, oversee competitive and market intelligence, lead integrated campaign planning, coordinate cross-functional launches, run customer and partner co-marketing, manage BCM-focused events, and report on KPIs to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise product or solution marketing with significant Banking Capital Markets or Financial Services technology experience
  • Deep domain expertise in Banking and Capital Markets including regulatory environments and digital transformation
  • Proven ability to lead solution marketing strategy own messaging frameworks and drive GTM execution for complex technical products
  • Experience marketing to enterprise financial technical or institutional audiences and translating technical concepts into business value
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication including presenting complex business cases to senior executives
  • Experience operating in a high-growth fast-paced ambiguous environment
  • Track record partnering with cross-functional teams across product engineering marketing sales communications and operations
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to guide decision-making
  • Preferred direct experience marketing Web3 distributed ledger technology or blockchain solutions to financial institutions
  • Preferred experience with PR or analyst relations and managing large-scale BCM industry events
  • Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot Marketo or similar campaign orchestration and performance reporting tools
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams or across international markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global solution marketing strategies prioritizing Banking and Capital Markets audiences and key use cases
  • Create differentiated solution positioning and messaging that articulate value to BCM buyer personas
  • Conduct competitive, market, and audience intelligence and convert insights into GTM recommendations
  • Drive integrated campaign strategy across paid owned and earned channels with measurable outcomes
  • Partner with communications and PR to strengthen earned media and executive visibility
  • Align product engineering sales legal and ecosystem partners for successful product launches and adoption
  • Lead customer and partner co-marketing programs to showcase enterprise-grade BCM use cases
  • Oversee executive roundtables customer advisory initiatives and strategic industry events
  • Establish monitor and report on KPIs and performance analytics to inform senior leadership
