Blockchain Intelligence Analyst
About the Role
You will drive the collection, analysis, and reporting of intelligence on key areas of the crypto economy to detect and surface suspicious activity. You will perform OSINT investigations, trace transactions to identify malicious behavior, and produce clear intelligence reports that enable action by law enforcement, clients, and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to improve detection and mitigation tooling, iterate quickly on investigation methods, and scale intelligence production to meet time-sensitive operational needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in intelligence or related positions (not entry level)
- OSINT expertise and proficiency with open-source investigation tools
- Experience in blockchain analysis and transaction tracing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive high-impact outcomes
- Relevant certifications and background (e.g., GIAC, CEH) preferred
- Ability to research in another language (specify language in application)
- Availability for scheduled meetings and at least a couple hours overlap with Pacific Time
