Blockchain Investigator and Trainer

About the Role

Requirements

• Proven experience as a crypto investigator or similar role
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains
• Proficiency in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity
• Familiarity with other languages such as Rust or C++
• Experience with blockchain analysis tools such as Etherscan and BlockSec and tools for non-EVM chains
• Ability to perform comprehensive static and dynamic analysis of smart contracts
• Knowledge of forensic best practices and legal standards for crypto investigations
• Experience preparing detailed investigative reports and presenting findings
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience designing or delivering training to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of blockchain transactions to trace and track crypto assets
• Analyze smart contract interactions to identify fraud, errors, and vulnerabilities
• Perform static analysis of smart contract source code
• Perform dynamic analysis of smart contracts
• Develop and utilize tools and techniques for monitoring blockchain activity
• Generate comprehensive investigative reports and provide expert opinions
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and legal teams to support investigations
• Design and deliver training sessions on blockchain fundamentals and investigative techniques
• Stay updated with developments in blockchain technology and forensic practices
