Blockchain Operation Associate
About the Role
You will manage end-to-end operational execution for IDO and INO events. You will coordinate with clients and external platforms, deploy and document smart contracts using CMS and multisignature wallets, execute token and asset distributions (including vesting), manage fund withdrawals and records, and maintain frontend interfaces via CMS. You will track wallets and portfolio statistics, analyze event performance using tools like Dune and Etherscan, run post-mortems, test internal tooling, and drive improvements to operational workflows and tooling. Day-to-day work is detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring precise documentation, clear communication with stakeholders, and regular reporting of results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of blockchain work experience at a Web3 organization
- Experience handling smart contract deployment using CMS and multisignature wallets
- Basic understanding of IDO/INO token sales, vesting contracts, and asset distribution
- Ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently across departments and third parties
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data summarization and reporting (proven track record)
Responsibilities
- Manage IDO and INO project operations
- Coordinate and engage with clients about IDO and INO event details
- Collaborate with CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko for listings and data updates
- Execute token and asset distribution to investors
- Implement and manage vesting contracts
- Prepare and submit allocation lists to projects
- Manage fund withdrawals from sale contracts and document transfers
- Organize and manage buyback programs when necessary
- Manage wallet tracking and portfolio statistics
- Set up multisignature wallet transactions and record fund transfers
- Analyze and summarize event performance using Dune and Etherscan
- Perform post-mortem analyses of IDO and INO events
- Update multi-chain expansion information
- Create checklists and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update front-end interfaces using CMS
- Work with creatives, developers, and marketing to update UI via CMS
- Deploy smart contracts for clients using CMS and multisignature wallets
- Document smart contract deployments and test internal tools and products
- Contribute to improving operational workflows, tooling, and automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and implement new platforms or products
