Brand Communications Manager
About the Role
You will drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact brand and community initiatives, ensuring they are insight-led and aligned with strategic objectives. You will shape and evolve brand identity, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice, and ensure consistent communication across markets and channels. You will lead creative development for campaigns, managing agencies and internal creative teams to deliver compelling content and world-class assets. You will partner with PR, People, and other stakeholders to craft internal and external narratives, including events and storytelling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in FinTech, telecommunications, or an international organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and proficiency in project management.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, brand strategy trends, content production, and social media.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with the Senegal market (preferred).
- Experience working in multicultural and dynamic environments (preferred).
