Brand Strategy Lead

About the Role

You will develop and implement a long-term brand strategy and create a cohesive brand identity across channels. You will design and run integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns that blend Web2 and Web3 tactics, consult partners on growth, and manage influencer and media partnerships. You will track KPIs, analyze brand metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve user conversion and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency during product launches and take proactive measures to monitor and protect brand reputation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in full-funnel campaign design and management across growth and brand, in relation to Web2 and Web3 experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview.
  • Proven track record in brand marketing, preferably in the blockchain industry and in-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Good grasp of Web3 user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and the future of decentralized finance.
  • Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning
  • Create a strong brand identity including a logo tagline and visual language
  • Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility
  • Leverage a mix of Web3 and non-Web3 marketing channels including social media content marketing PR and paid advertising
  • Identify and partner with key influencers partners and media outlets to amplify brand messaging
  • Monitor brand sentiment and reputation and take proactive measures to address issues
  • Create and manage a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints including the website and social media
  • Develop and implement full-funnel marketing programs to foster long-term relationships with builders and users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and updates
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure brand health and marketing effectiveness
  • Track and analyze brand metrics such as brand awareness brand perception and brand preference
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
