Business Analyst
About the Role
You will analyse and interpret regulatory and operational requirements, conduct gap analyses and impact assessments, and translate findings into clear business and functional specifications (BRDs, FRDs). You will develop traceability matrices and process flows, support system testing and coordinate UAT with business users, and provide regular stakeholder updates. You will ensure solutions meet regulatory expectations, follow project governance, escalate risks and manage project documentation to support compliant delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business analysis experience within IT and regulatory environments
- Experience in financial services and working with crypto assets
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives or transformation programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with regulations such as MiCA DORA VARA (desirable)
- Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks (desirable)

- Act as a liaison between regulatory business teams and IT teams
