Business Development & Partnerships Director

About the Role

You will own regional opportunities end to end and develop a strategic growth plan. You will engage institutional counterparties and crypto projects, bring new OTC and derivatives products to market with cross-functional teams, collect customer feedback, and execute launches. You will build and maintain partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders and other infrastructure providers, run a structured business development process (CRM and campaigns), and monitor ecosystem news to proactively identify collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in both traditional financial and digital asset services from high performing teams
  • 3+ years of FICC sales experience (voice or electronic) with institutional clients
  • eCommerce experience (advantageous)
  • Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas or delivering business results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Trading or crypto knowledge is advantageous; willingness and aptitude to learn blockchain, algorithmic trading and liquidity provision
  • BSc or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance or related degree

  • Monitor ecosystem launches and proactively identify collaboration and business development opportunities
