Business Development & Partnerships Manager

About the Role

You will own regional growth opportunities end to end, develop and execute strategic growth plans, and drive institutional OTC and liquidity business. You will work with cross-functional teams to test and launch new products, gather customer feedback, and improve go-to-market execution. You will build and deepen relationships with crypto projects, VCs, exchanges, custodians, lenders and other infrastructure providers, execute structured business development processes, and ensure timely, educational communication and follow-ups with counterparties.

Requirements

  • Experience in both traditional financial and digital assets services
  • Experience with spot and derivative OTC products, especially options
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or other client-facing B2B roles
  • Proven track record delivering business results and meeting quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Trading knowledge or crypto knowledge is a strong advantage with willingness to learn blockchain and algorithmic trading fundamentals
  • BSc or MSc in Business Economics Finance or a related degree
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Grow institutional OTC business by developing and executing a regional growth plan
  • Develop and launch new products with cross-functional teams, including collecting customer feedback and testing
  • Deepen and build relationships with crypto projects, venture capital firms, exchanges, custodians, lenders and other infrastructure providers
  • Manage and expand partner relationships to drive liquidity and business opportunities
  • Execute a structured business development process and improve operational efficiency such as CRM and campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor key launches and news in the crypto ecosystem and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities
  • Provide clear, educational communication to counterparties and ensure timely follow-ups
