Business Development Associate

About the Role

You will conduct market research and analyze industry data to uncover growth opportunities. You will prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking and events, manage the sales funnel, run client meetings, negotiate deals, track and report sales performance, and improve business development processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the technology sector
  • Experience in DeFi Web3 or Blockchain
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Goal-oriented self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Telegram and Discord
