Business Development Associate

About the Role

You will conduct market research and analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities. You will prospect, qualify and nurture leads using cold calling, networking and events, and collaborate with the sales team to execute effective strategies. You will build and maintain client relationships, run regular meetings to gather feedback, provide customer support, and negotiate business terms. You will track sales performance, produce reports for management, and contribute to continuous improvement of business development processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in DeFi and Web3 (required)
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Telegram and Discord
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
