Business Development Associate
About the Role
You will manage and grow existing client relationships, identify and qualify new leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. You will run outreach and advertising-style campaigns, prepare and launch initiatives, and report on performance. You will present product demos and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. You will adapt quickly, take ownership of partnerships, and learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science Economics Marketing or Business related field
- At least 1 year of BDR or SDR experience with enterprise SaaS or blockchain
- Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities
- Initiative to find opportunities through channels such as Discord and Telegram
- Ability to quickly understand and pitch new products and technology focusing on value proposition
- Naturally curious with an eagerness to learn
- Take ownership of executing strategic relationships and partnerships aligned with the product roadmap
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Unafraid to fail and able to own up to mistakes
- Financial blockchain cybersecurity or crypto industry experience (bonus)
Responsibilities

- Conduct presentations and product demos both online and in person
