Business Development Associate

About the Role

You will manage and grow existing relationships, identify and qualify new opportunities, and build a consistent enterprise sales pipeline. You will coordinate and lead advertising-like campaigns from preparation through launch and performance reporting. You will run product presentations and demos online and in person, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and take ownership of strategic partnerships. You must adapt quickly to change, proactively find new channels for opportunity (for example Discord and Telegram), and learn continuously while owning results.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science Economic Marketing or Business related fields
  • At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience with enterprise SaaS or Blockchain
  • Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities
  • Initiative to seek out new channels for opportunities such as Discord and Telegram
  • Ability to understand and pitch new products and technology focusing on value proposition
  • Naturally curious with eagerness to learn
  • Take ownership of executing strategic and value-added relationships and partnerships aligned with product roadmap
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Unafraid to fail and quickly own up to mistakes
