Business Development Associate
About the Role
You will manage and grow existing client relationships, build and qualify a sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities through channels like Discord and Telegram. You will coordinate and launch advertising-like campaigns, report on performance, deliver product presentations and demos both virtually and in person, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You will take ownership of executing strategic partnerships, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and learn continuously.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Business or related field
- At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience with enterprise SaaS or Blockchain
- Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities
- Initiative to seek out new ways of finding opportunities (e.g., Discord, Telegram)
- Ability to understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value proposition
- Naturally curious with an eagerness to learn
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take ownership and learn from failure
- Experience in financial, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry (preferred)
