Business Development Associate
About the Role
You will manage and grow existing client relationships, identify and pursue new opportunities, and run advertising-style campaigns end-to-end. You will present and demo products to prospects both online and in person, qualify leads to build a strong pipeline, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You will proactively source leads on channels like Discord and Telegram, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of strategic relationships, and learn from setbacks.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience with enterprise SaaS or blockchain
- Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities
- Initiative to seek out new ways of finding opportunities (e.g., Discord, Telegram)
- Ability to understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value proposition
- Naturally curious and eager to learn
- Take ownership of executing strategic and value-added relationships and partnerships
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Unafraid to fail and able to own up to mistakes
- Preferred: Financial, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry experience
- Preferred: Passion for Cryptocurrency, DeFi, or Blockchain
