Business Development Associate
About the Role
You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential clients and partners across the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT projects. You will build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, develop and execute business strategies and go-to-market plans, analyze market trends and competitors, conduct research to support new initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on business development activities and revenue progress. You should be prepared to travel as needed to meet partners and attend conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business development sales or marketing in the Web3 industry
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and the decentralized ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Intense intellectual curiosity about crypto and decentralized systems
