Business Development Associate
About the Role
You will acquire new counterparties and partners globally and own opportunities end-to-end, executing your strategic growth agenda. You will deepen relationships with crypto projects, VCs, institutional investors, miners, and exchanges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to productize solutions, drive awareness, and identify new business opportunities. You will monitor key launches and navigate legal and commercial aspects of deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of work experience in a high performing, high paced environment
- Experience in financial services or capital markets
- Experience in business development or client-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfort navigating legal and commercial aspects of business development
- Strong product knowledge of OTC derivatives
- Understanding of token structures, market making, CEX and DEX liquidity provision, and trading market liquidity dynamics
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses preferred

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and productize solutions
- Monitor ecosystem launches and proactively identify business development opportunities
