Business Development Coordinator

About the Role

You will research and evaluate partnership opportunities, prepare pitch materials, and structure and negotiate partnership deals. You will close partnerships to drive growth, define partnership strategy with your supervisor, and implement agreed initiatives. You will leverage and expand your network and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners while representing the protocol externally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years growth and business development experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success
  • Experience leading business development at a B2B technology company
  • Track record managing and implementing business strategies in crypto
  • Experience developing and executing partnership and sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in web3 and DeFi (nice to have)
  • Experience at seed-stage pre-product-market-fit startups (nice to have)
