Business Development - Hong Kong Lead
About the Role
You will own and operate the presence in Hong Kong, focusing on stablecoins and real world assets. You will manage the full client pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, build and maintain strategic institutional and regulator relationships, structure and negotiate complex deals, represent the organization at conferences and with stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams to deliver client value, and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience with exposure to financial services fintech or digital assets
- Strong understanding of stablecoins real world assets and the digital asset ecosystem
- Proven full cycle business development experience from origination to deal closure
- Experience managing institutional relationships including regulators and financial service companies
- Ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous fast moving environments
- Sales acumen combined with operational rigor and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior decision makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently drive market development
- Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong plus
